<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform variable display of character data by a screen display device and of patterns by a pattern display device separately, while they are mutually related. <P>SOLUTION: The screen display device 1 and the pattern display device 17 are placed separately on the gaming board as the two different devices.
