<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a game machine capable of a light emitting display form full of diversity and game properties without increasing the number of substrates for light emitting elements or complicating a structure at the time of diversifying and varying pattern display forms while utilizing the clarity of the light emitting elements, and the game machine using the same. <P>SOLUTION: On the display surface side of a single rectangular light emitting substrate 4, three sets of pattern light emitting element groups 11 and six light emitting element pairs 21 for a light transmission plate arranged in parallel on both sides of them are mounted along the array direction of display areas 10A-10C for three digits.
