PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent near infrared ray absorbing performance from degrading when curing a transparent resin layer by ultraviolet rays, by containing a near infrared ray absorbing agent in the transparent resin formed in an opening of a mesh layer on a transparent base material, or further immediately on the mesh layer, for providing a compound electromagnetic wave shield filter also having the near infrared ray absorbing performance. SOLUTION: A mesh layer 3 containing mesh conductor layer 2 is laminated on the transparent base material 1 through a transparent adhesive layer 5 or the like appropriately. Further, the transparent resin layer 4 containing the near infrared ray absorbing agent formed at least in the opening of the mesh layer on the side face of the mesh layer is formed as a cured material of ionizing radiation curable resin cured by an electron beam. As the near infrared ray absorbing agent, a phthalocyanine-based colorant, a diimonium-based colorant, a dithiol-nickel-base colorant or the like is employed for example. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
