PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning support system, a learning support method, and a computer program by which the learning can be supported, based upon correspondence between a learning instruction request and an actual learning activity. SOLUTION: This system includes: a learning instruction request database 10; a learning activity history database 9; a collection part 2; a matching part 4; and a support part 6. The learning instruction request database 10 is for recording learning instruction requests to a learner. The learning activity history database 9 is for recording a learning activity history of the learner. The collection part 2 gathers learning activity of the learner input to the learning activity history database 9. The matching part 4 collates a learning instruction request recorded in the learning instruction request database 10 with a learning activity history recorded in the learning activity history database 9 and sends the result to the support part 6.
