PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and lightening in weight in a camera module even in the case of incorporating an autofocus function and a zoom function by using a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: A 1st position detecting member is arranged on the outer circumference than the optical lens of a 1st lens holding part 15 and on a prescribed surface side parallel with an optical axis, and a 2nd position detecting member is arranged on the outer circumference than the optical lens of a 2nd lens holding part 26 and on the prescribed surface side, then a 1st detecting member 41 and a 2nd detecting member 42 are arranged on the prescribed surface side of a camera case 34.
