PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and lightening in weight in a camera module even in the case of incorporating an autofocus function and a zoom function by using a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: At least one or more optical lenses are held on an upper cover 34, which is equipped with 1st and 2nd shaft hole parts. Then, 1st and 2nd shaft members are respectively inserted in the 1st and the 2nd shaft hole parts and arranged nearly in parallel with an optical axis. A lower cover 45 equipped with 3rd and 4th shaft hole parts in which the 1st and the 2nd shaft members are respectively inserted is engaged with the upper cover.
