PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-treatment device and a treatment tray capable of conveying sheet from the treatment tray to a paper delivery tray without letting it bite into a pressing/feeding arm of a conveying belt by a simple and inexpensive mechanism. SOLUTION: The treatment tray is provided with the conveying belt for conveying the sheet; and the pressing/feeding arm projectedly attached to a sheet conveying side surface of the belt and retaining a sheet rear end so as to be capable of pressing/feeding it. In the sheet post-treatment device, a through hole penetrated with the pressing/feeding arm is formed and the pressing/feeding arm is provided with a surface for pressing/feeding the sheet rear end; a penetration projection part arriving from the pressing/feeding surface at a lower surface of the conveying belt through the through hole; and a hook-like engagement part bent from the penetration projection part in an advancement direction of the conveying belt and engaged with the lower surface of the belt.
