PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having a tamper-proof effect from a bottom part, excellent assembling ability, and excellent production efficiency with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The packaging box consists of a box body forming piece 12 which is integrally punched out of one blank sheet, and has side faces 14, 16, 18 and 20 connected to each other, and a bottom lid piece 66 which is continuous to one side face 18 to cover a part of a bottom part. A pair of lower flaps 54 and 78 extending from both side faces 16 and 20 of the bottom lid piece 66 have sticking pieces 58 and 82 to be stuck to the bottom lid piece 66, and cut lines 62 and 86 formed around sticking parts of the sticking pieces 58 and 82. An inner bottom piece 40 to close a substantially entire surface of the bottom part along the inner side of a box body of the bottom lid piece 66 is provided continuous to the side face 14 opposing the side face 18 having the bottom lid piece 66. The inner bottom piece 40 has a cut line 44 at a predetermined position, and the bottom lid piece 66 has a projection piece 70 which is inserted in the cut line 44 for locking.
