PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular communication system capable of performing correct determination on a failure, an abnormality or the like of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular communication system transmits vehicular diagnostic information and failure determination information by a failure determination program in a vehicle to an information center from an on-vehicle communication terminal, accumulates diagnostic information and failure determination information in the database in the information center, determines an abnormality or the like of the vehicle based on information accumulated in the database, and changes various kinds of failure determination parameters when determining a failure by a failure determination program in the vehicle.
