PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ALC panel mounting fitting which dispenses with cutting of a cutaway portion in an ALC panel, for arranging therein the mounting fitting, and facilitates mounting of the ALC panel on an H-shaped steel beam with high working efficiency, and to provide an ALC panel mounting structure. SOLUTION: The mounting fitting 10 is formed of a slender plate portion 11, and a plurality of pinching pieces 12 formed like an almost hook shape so as to protrude from a lower surface along a longitudinal side of the plate portion 11. The mounting fitting 10 is fitted to and held by a flange portion 2a of the H-shaped steel beam 2 via the plate portion 11 and the pinching pieces 12, and the ALC panel is mounted on the plate portion 11 held on the flange portion 2a.
