PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout injection hose doubling as a water-swelling cutoff board, which eliminates complicated grout sucking removal procedures, facilitates discharge of grout from the pipe, and achieves positive grout injection and effective water cutoff even at a gap formed with the lapse of time after injection of the grout. SOLUTION: The grout injection hose 1 doubling as the water-swelling cutoff board is embedded in a concrete-jointed portion, and formed by partially bonding a water-swelling cutoff board member 3 abutting on an existing concrete side of the concrete-jointed portion, to a grout injection hose main body 2 made of a non-water-swelling resin. Thus according to the structure of the grout injection hose doubling as the water-swelling cutoff board, both side surfaces composed of a water-swelling resin and the grout injection hose main body function as grout discharge portions. Preferably, the grout injection hose main body is a hollow cylinder having a grout flowing section 4, and grout introducing sections are formed and extended from a surface of the grout injection hose main body, that abuts on the water-swelling cutoff board member, to the grout flowing section.
