A system and method of a central information issuing platform based on the information inbox. The central information issuing platform system comprises: email box pool (2), including at least one of the email box for storing a email having a product information sent by a information issuer; user management module (7), for generating, deleting and managing the accounts and data of the information issuer and the information browser; system module (8), including the email server (8F) for receiving the email of the information issuer and the WEB server (8G) for providing the information browser with a reading interface of the email content; wherein the email box pool (2) can create and name the multi-email box according to the kind of the product, and set the multi-blank list. The email server (8F) receives the email having the product information sent by the information issuer, and stores it into the at least one of the email boxes of the email box pool (2), the WEB server (8G) reads the email for browsing by the information browser.
