A method for establishing a voice communication link between a caller and a communication partner, in which a data-bank is made available and contains data on a number of communication partners, and the caller when asked is offered at least one communication partner from the data-bank (1). Up to forming the voice communication link between the caller and the selected communication partner or up to another ending of the procedure, no speech/voice communication link is set up between a later caller and one of the communication partners offered to the caller.
