<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gradation reverse (void) due to reflection of light on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A light diffusing function is imparted to a transparent electrode 14. Particularly, the transparent electrode 14 has a rugged structure: the rugged structure is formed in such a manner that the projected part has a spherical surface and a circular top view, with a plurality of projections included in one pixel. A rugged structure is formed in an organic layer directly beneath the transparent electrode 14 by using a mask having circles having 8 to 10 μm diameters most densely packed in a portion to form the rugged pattern in one pixel, and thereby, the transparent electrode 14 formed thereon has a similar rugged structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
