<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel with a tube having the reduced number of part items compared with a conventional panel with a tube. <P>SOLUTION: This panel with the tube is provided with a panel main body 4 having a horizontal portion 6, and having a tube holding part 8 of U-shaped cross section provided on an upper face of the horizontal portion 6 and opened upwards, and a fluid flowing tube 5 fit into the tube holding part 8 of the panel main body 4 to be fixed. The tube holding part 8 of the panel main body 4 comprises a pair of protrusions formed on the upper face of the horizontal portion 6 with a space, and extended along a longitudinal direction of the horizontal portion 6. Each of the both protrusions 9 is formed into a lateral circular arc cross section with a height intermediate part projected outward. The fluid flowing tube 5 is formed by deforming plastically a metal tube of a lateral circular cross section to flatten a tube wall upper part and to buldge other portion of the tube wall outward. The both protrusions 9 are respectively deformed elastically toward an outside by the fluid flowing tube 5 to fix the fluid flowing tube 5 inside the tube holding part 8 under this condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
