PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of automatically relating positions between ultrasonic tomographic images and the similar parts and anatomical images of an X-ray CT (computed tomography) device, an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) device, and the like, (especially positioning). SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic device for sending and receiving ultrasound to a subject by using a search unit and displaying a B-mode image on an image displaying means has an image recording means for recording a three-dimensional image data of the subject obtained by the image diagnostic device, and a search unit position detecting means for detecting a space position of the search unit, and when the B-mode image is displayed at a specific tomographic position of the subject, a tomographic image corresponding to the specific tomographic position of the B-mode image is obtained from a solid image data recorded in the image recording means by using the output of the search unit position detecting means, and the B-mode image is lined up on the top and bottom, or the left and right and displayed on the image displaying means.
