PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp whether or not an audio signal to be transmitted to a line is encrypted even if the user of a telephone set with an eavesdropping prevention function (encrypting function) does not pay special attention. SOLUTION: An audio signal after RTP packetization and/or an RTP packet before voice extraction is acquired and output as a voice to an exclusive speaker.
