PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable utilization of telephone directory information of a device with an image pickup element other than a telephone device having received an incoming call when displaying the name and the like of the caller, by searching the telephone directory information on the basis of the caller number notified at the time of receiving the incoming call. SOLUTION: When the caller number is notified, a telephone directory information storage unit 16 is searched to determine whether or not the telephone number coinciding with the caller number exists. If the number exists, the telephone directory information such as the caller number and the name and the like of the caller is displayed on the display unit 13, and if the number does not exist, the caller number is converted into a one-dimensional or two-dimensional barcode and displayed on the display unit 13. The displayed barcode is picked up with a camera-equipped cellular phone device (not shown), and is converted into a telephone number to search the telephone directory information storage unit of the cellular phone.
