PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor built-in type connector with simple and compact structure, capable of connecting wire side terminal to the ground through a capacitor having normal-shape. SOLUTION: The capacitor 10, a grounding connection conductor 30 connecting the capacitor 10 to ground side and wire side terminal 60, and a wire connection conductor 40 are held on an insulation housing 20. Capacitor terminals 14, 16 are protruded in same direction from a main body 12 of the capacitor 10. The grounding connection conductor 30 has a grounding terminal part 32 protruding in a direction same as that of the capacitor terminals 14, 16, and a capacitor connection part 34 connected to the capacitor terminal 14. The wire connection conductor 40 has a terminal fitting part 44, protruding into a terminal insertion hole 22 formed to the insulation housing 20 in a direction reversed to that of capacitor terminals 14, 16, and fitted to he wire side terminal 60; and a capacitor connection part 42 connected to the capacitor terminal 16.
