PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of the operational environment required for executing a user authentication using time information for an image processing device. SOLUTION: The operational environment setting program for an image processing device makes a computer execute: a step (S03) which accepts an IP address of a pixel processing device of which operational environment is to be set; a step (S02) which accepts the input of setting information for setting the operational environment of the image processing device for which an IP address is specified; a step (S03) which accepts an IP address of an authentication server connected to a network; a step (S05) which obtains the time measured by a timer in the authentication server from the authentication server when the user authentication using the time information is set (YES at S04); and a step (S09) which transmits a command to change the time measured by the timer in the specified image processing device, to the time of the authentication server, and the time obtained from the authentication server, to the image processing device.
