PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a compressor by improving the workability of a vane while suppressing leak through a clearance between the vane and a compression member. SOLUTION: This compressor comprises the vane 11 dividing a compression space 21 in a cylinder 8 into a low pressure compartment LR and a high pressure compartment HR. The vane 11 comprises a curved surface formed at a tip part 150 and a tilted surface 152 rising at a prescribed angle from the curved surface. The radius of curvature of the curved surface is set constant in all ranges where the tip part 150 abuts on one surface (upper surface 33) of the compression member 21, and the tilted angleθof the tilted surface 152 relative to the axial direction of a rotating shaft 5 is set smaller than an angleαat which one surface (upper surface 33) of the compression member 21 crosses the rotating shaft 5.
