PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo rotary apparatus enabling to adjust gas blast capacity by a turbo mechanism during operation. SOLUTION: A turbo stationary blade SB consists of three pins P1, P2, P3 and tape T surrounding the three pins P1, P2, P3 and a position of at least one pin P3 of the three pins P1, P2, P3 can be freely changed. The tape T is manufactured out of metal material which is flexible and bendable, and surrounds the three pins P1, P2, P3 to form the turbo stationary blade SB. A ceiling of housing is arranged at an upper end of the pins P1, P2, P3 to construct a gas discharge part of the turbo stationary blade SB. One end of the tape T is fixed but another end side is wound around the pin 3 in multiple layers and is always energized in a winding direction by a tension spring 15 to make length of the tape T extended and contracted when the pin P3 displaces. A shape of the turbo stationary blade SB can be freely deformed by an energizing mechanism when the pin P3 displaces. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
