PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body structure of a motor cycle realizing a compact rear part of a body frame and enhancing rigidity and improving riding quality. SOLUTION: The rear part of the body frame 2 is formed in an annular shape by a pair of left and right side tubes 4L, 4R and a first bridge member 5 as seen in plan view and front view. The Left and right side tubes 4L, 4R are connected to make rear ends thereof to face to each other and a front side part and a rear side part are formed in a center-swollen shape with respective widths narrower than that of an intermediate part. A storage box 12 is formed in a way that a part thereof is sunk in the side tubes 4L, 4R. A rear part of a storage part 39 of the storage box 12 is arranged in a center-swollen part of the left and right side tubes 4L, 4R and provided in horizontal width direction among the left and right side tubes 4L, 4R.
