PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving dolly capable of precluding accumulation of static electricity on its body by removing quickly the static electricity generated between casters and the road surface. SOLUTION: At the periphery of a rotational support 12 having a rotary shaft 11 supported rotatably round the rotary shaft 11, caster constituents 14 are formed in which a plurality of rollers 13 are installed rotatably in the tangential direction of a circle centering on the rotary shaft 11, and the moving dolly equipped with the casters for running omni-directionally is formed so that a plurality of such caster constituents 14 are laid in line in the axial direction of the rotational support 12, wherein the rollers 13 contain an electroconductive substance, and static electricity is grounded through the rollers 13.
