PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sublimate from sticking and heaping on a wide range of an inner wall and a pipe of an apparatus when the sublimate having melting point of >25°C and hardly crystallizing at the melting point in a sublimated state when temperature descends is recovered. SOLUTION: At a crystallization section 3, the sublimate A and a cooling gas B are made to collide and are blended with each other to promote crystallization of the sublimate A. A gaseous mixture E from the crystallization section 3 is made to pass through a recovering section 2 equipped with a filter 9 and a gas suction means 10 to recover the sublimate.
