PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner provided with a ventilation function, without enlarging an indoor unit. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with one of paired right and left heat exchanger holders 3, 3 for holding a heat exchanger 2 of a base panel 100 from both sides, and with a ventilation unit 300 assembled integrally with an air discharge unit 310 and an air supply unit 330 in the other heat exchanger holder 3.
