PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the seizure of a hydraulic pump or a failure of a hydraulic implement by preventing a rise in the temperature of oil flowing through a circulation passage for short-circuiting via a selector valve the discharge side and the suction side of the hydraulic pump for operating a dump cylinder of a dump vehicle. SOLUTION: In a hydraulic control unit of the dump vehicle, a hydraulic drive unit D of a carrier bed 1 includes the circulation passage Ci for allowing oil from the hydraulic pump P to circulate from the discharge side to the suction side via the selector valve V when the selector valve V is positioned at a "neutral" position or a "lowering" position.
