PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure having improved sealing performance by preventing a seal member such as an O-ring from running out of a groove. SOLUTION: The sealing structure 1 comprises the annular seal member 20 laid between a member 11 in which a sectionally rectangular annular groove 10 is formed and a member 12 on which a plane is formed corresponding to the annular groove 10. The seal member 20 is formed in a sectionally triangular shape and fitted and mounted into the annular groove 10 so that its top abuts on the inner wall 10a (an upper wall, as shown in Fig.) of the annular groove 10 and its bottom wall face 20a abuts on the upper wall face 12a of the member 12.
