PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifting gear unit of a tractor provided with an auxiliary shifting gear unit capable of reducing the number of gears by serving also as one gear of a main shifting gear unit and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A counter shaft 22, a main gear shift shaft 23, and an auxiliary gear shift shaft 24 are provided in parallel for each other, and the main shifting gear unit 26 and the auxiliary shifting gear unit 27 are provided between the counter shaft 22 and the main gear shift shaft 23 and between the main gear shift shaft 23 and the auxiliary gear shift shaft 24, respectively. The auxiliary shifting gear unit 27 is provided with a low speed gear 60 provided on the main gear shift shaft 23 and rotating integrally with the main gear shift shaft 23 and a slide gear 62 provided slidably in the axial direction on the auxiliary gear shift shaft 24 and meshing with the low speed gear 60. The slide gear 62 releases meshing with the low speed gear 60 to operate in the interlocking relationship with one gear of the main shifting gear unit 26 on the main gear shift shaft 23.
