PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow cover with which a height of a pillow can be easily adjusted, and which is easy to detach or attach and hard to move from a pillow body. SOLUTION: The pillow cover 10 comprises a cover body 11 for covering the pillow body 20 through approximately one winding around the pillow body 20 in a longitudinal direction and an auxiliary cover 12 extending from the finish end of the cover body 11. Main fasteners 13a and 13b are fixed on the start end and the finish end of both the left and right ends of the cover body 11. Auxiliary fasteners 14a and 14b are fixed on the middle of both the left and right ends of a half from the start end side and a half from the finish end side. The main fastener 13a and the auxiliary fastener 14a of the start end side are detachably fit and set to the main fastener 13b and the auxiliary fastener 14b of the finish end side, respectively. Thereby the cover body 11 is set on the pillow body 20. Auxiliary cover side adjusting fasteners 15a and three cover body side adjusting fasteners 15b, 15c and 15d are longitudinally fixed on both the left and right ends of the auxiliary cover 12 and the cover body 11. The auxiliary cover side adjusting fasteners 15a are detachably fit and set to either of the body side adjusting fasteners 15b, 15c and 15d to adjust the height of the pillow.
