<p>The offered invention relates to a planetary gear transmission with an inner gear which meshes with an outer gear more than by two teeth pairs. The teeth number difference of the offered gear transmission can be more than a half of the teeth quantity of the outer gear. The offered gear system can be used in machine drives, in robotic systems and aerospace industry for transmission of the big driving torque ensuring a silent mesh. The gear system comprises an inner gear (120); an outer gear (101); external teeth (122) on said inner gear; internal teeth (103) in said outer gear; internal teeth having contact with external teeth in the plurality of contact points (142,143,144) to determine a curved contact path (145); internal teeth having first profile (106,107); external teeth having second profile (123,124) with implicit tips (135). Said first profile (106,107) is determined by the movement trajectory of said implicit tips (135). The first profile (106,107); is a part of a hypotrochoid (152) and second profile (123,124) is a part of an involute. The first profile can be even a straight section (106a,107a).</p> |
