<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a plurality of observers to observe proper projected images, even inside a bright room where electric lamps are lit. <P>SOLUTION: As for the reflection-type screen for a projector, ruggedness having different pitches between in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction is formed on the principal surface of a linear Fresnel concave surface having lens action in the vertical direction; and a reflecting layer is provided on the ruggedness, then an antireflection layer is formed on a surface facing upward among the side surfaces of the linear Fresnel concave surface. Thus, the reflection-type screen which is hardly influenced by noise by an illumination light source and by which clear images are obtained, even in a bright room.
