<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device having good assembling efficiency and allowing easy replacement of components. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer device comprises three-split housings 3A, 3B, 3C storing mechanism parts, an input shaft 2 for inputting rotation driving force from an engine, a center differential 7 for distributing the input rotation driving force into front wheels and rear wheels, a rear wheel output shaft 4 arranged coaxially with the input shaft 2 for outputting the rotation driving shaft output from the center differential 7 to the rear wheels, an front wheel output shaft 95 arranged in parallel to the input shaft 2 and the rear wheel output shaft 4 for outputting the rotating driving force output from the center differential 7 to the front wheels, and a shift unit 6 having a H/L change-over fork 61 for changing over the rotating speed of the rotation driving force input from the input shaft 2 and a Free/Lock change-over fork 62 for changing over the differential motion of the center differential 7 to be locked/free. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
