PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered heat-shrinkable polyester film used for the full label of a bottle, extremely reduced in the occurrence of the wrinkles, shrink irregularity and strain caused by shrink and hard to cause trouble such as folding or the like at the time of shrink of the label accompanied by the elapse of time after printing. SOLUTION: The multilayered heat-shrinkable polyester film is composed of at least two layers and the heat-shrinkage factor of the polyester film is characterized in that the shrinkage in the direction crossing the main shrink direction of the polyester film at a right angle when the shrinkage factor in the main shrink direction is 40% is -3% or above, 5-70% in a case that a treatment temperature is 70°C and a treatment time is 5 s, 75% or above in the case of 85°C and 5 s and 10% or below in the case of 85°C and 5 s in the direction crossing the main shrink direction at a right angle.
