PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost management method for an analytical system capable of executing accurately and quickly cost request and recovery processing, without manual assistance. SOLUTION: When connecting the analytical system including an analyzers 2 to an information terminal 1 via a network connection device 4 and a network 3 to manage an expense for the analytical system, a measured calibrator, a precision control sample, a patient subject, a re-examined subject, and a test number data in every analytical item of a reagent blank are received from the each analyzer 2 via the network connection device 4 and the network 3, to be accumulated. The accumulated test number data are summed up the analytical item by the analytical item in every of the analyzers 2, a charge in the every of the analyzers 2 and every user is calculated based on a summed-up result therein and a test unit price in the every analytical item, and the calculated charge is provided to the network connection device 4 corresponding to the analyzer 2 via the network 3 to recover a using fee for the analytical system.
