PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a signal line and an input lines from being short-circuited or mutual signal lines from being short-circuited using an inexpensive structure, when connecting the terminals of the signal lines and the input terminals which are wired with high density. SOLUTION: The inkjet head comprises a flow passage unit including a plurality of pressure chambers wherein a head body communicates with a plurality of nozzles respectively, and an actuator unit 21 including a land part 36 into which a drive signal for imparting pressure to the ink in the pressure chambers is input. Driving signal lines 55 for supplying the driving signal and supply terminals 56 connected thereto are formed on an FPC 50. In the relay substrate 100, a relay land part 102 is arranged on one surface, and connecting terminals 103, each of which is electrically connected to the relay land parts 102, are arranged on the surface of the other surface. The relay substrate 100 is arranged between the actuator unit 21 and the FPC 50, connecting the land parts 36 to the relay land parts 102, while connecting the supply terminals 56 to the connecting terminals 103.
