PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which can obtain a diversity receiving performance without making a size of an antenna large or making the antenna complicated. SOLUTION: A substrate 10 is arranged almost in parallel in y-z plane, and is fixed to a reflection board 30 by supporting members 11-14. A substrate 20 is arranged almost in parallel with x-z plane, and fixed to the reflection board 30 by supporting members 13 and 14. The reflection board 30 is arranged almost in parallel in the substrate 10. Antenna elements 1 and 2 are non-feeding elements, arranged in almost in parallel mutually on a main surface 10A of the substrate 10 along z axis direction, and varactor diode which is a variable capacitance element is charged. An antenna element 3 is a feeding element, and is arranged on the substrate 20 almost in parallel on the antenna elements 1 and 2. The capacity of the varactor diode is changed by control voltages CLVs 1 and 2 from a directional switchover means 60, and the directivity of an antenna device 100 is changed.
