PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acoustic electromagnetic conversion apparatus whose manufacturing costs are reduced by easily insulating and locking a lead wire, and in which performance is improved, by accurately positioning a coil with respect to a yoke or the like. SOLUTION: A magnetic distortion element 28 is incorporated in the center of a bobbin 30, around which a coil 26 is wound. The bobbin and a yoke 36 or the like are disposed in a case body 12 and a case lid 14, while adjacently positioning the yoke 36 that is formed of a metallic material, on one terminal side of the bobbin 30. Two guide portions 31, 32 having a dimension L2 larger than a dimension L1 resulting from summing up thicknesses of the yoke 36 and the case lid 14 are integrally molded with the bobbin 30. The guide portions 31 and 32 penetrates the yoke 36 and the case lid 14, while fitting with holes 36A, 14A provided to the yoke 36 and the case lid 14, and lead wires 26A, 26B of the coil 26 are guided by the guide portions 31, 32 and drawn out of the case lid 14.
