PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white balance adjustment device, a color adjustment device, a white balance adjustment method, and a color adjustment method for making the device smaller and reducing the time of adjustment. SOLUTION: A viewer 13 is photographed without interposing an IR cut filter 15 between a light source 12 and a digital camera 14 (step S61), and image data 1 is acquired based on the photographed result (step S62). Then, the viewer 13 is photographed with the IR cut filter 15 between the light source 12 and the digital camera 14 (step S63), and the image data 1 is acquired based on the photographed result (Step S64). Spectral sensitivity at an imaging unit of the digital camera 14 is detected based on the image data 1, image data 2, and reference data (step S65).
