PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a telephone conversation using an MSN platform between a calling end and a receiving end. SOLUTION: To construct the conversation, respective user accounts for the calling end and the receiving end are required. The MSN platform is started and logged-on on both sides of the calling end and the receiving end. At the calling end, dial-up is performed for establishing communication with the receiving end through the MSN platform. A standby signal is generated at the receiving end when a dial message is received. Communication is started when a response signal is sent from the receiving end to the calling end through the MSN platform. A failure signal is displayed at the calling end.
