PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein the initialization time of each logic circuit in activation becomes long as a system becomes complex in which the logic circuits, such as a microcomputer and a DSP circuit, are combined. SOLUTION: In a non-volatile logic circuit having a non-volatile data holding circuit at input/output connected to a data bus line in a logic circuit block that comprises a plurality of logic circuits and inputs and outputs data to and from the data bus line, an interface is allowed to have initialization data, and the logic circuit can be initialized quickly without using the data bus. And, by storing the input/output data of the interface in a non-volatile memory, an improved characteristic enhancement effect can be obtained for example for enabling resume operation for returning to a state before power is turned on.
