PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling fin and a cooling structure in which projections for facilitating a turbulent flow of a refrigerant, which serves as a heat transfer rate improving means, are provided on a surface opposite to a heat source or on a heat transfer surface, and thereby heat dissipation characteristics are improved in a heat transfer surface. SOLUTION: In the cooling fin, projections having a predetermined cross sectional shape (e.g. triangle, trapezoid, arc, parabolic shape, rectangle, polygon, circle, oval, streamline, and sinusoidal shape), in which at least the side of a cross section is inclined, are regularly arranged such that they are meandered or zigzagged in the left and right sides alternately.
