PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise screen brightness excellently by enhancing utilization efficiency of light from the light source drastically. SOLUTION: A plurality of prism lenses 31, 33 in which unevenness patterns are engraved and which are linearly arranged on both front and rear faces of a translucent film to form a prism lens film 15. A total reflection prevention function layer consisting of the prism lens 33 is installed on one face to prevent total reflection of incident light. A light deflecting function layer consisting of the prism lenses 31 is installed on the other face to deflect an optical path of the light introduced from the one face.
