PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control display of a liquid crystal panel with a simple configuration by a 1/2 bias driving method. SOLUTION: Two resistances R11 and R12 connected in series between a pair of output terminals c11 and c12 of a CPU 22 are provided, and a connection point of the two resistances R11 and R12 is connected to a common electrode terminal C1. The CPU 22 sets both of the pair of output terminals to a high level to set a COM1 signal to a high level and sets one of the pair of output terminal to the high level and sets the other to a low level to set the COM1 signal to a level between the high level and a low level and sets both of the pair of output terminals to the low level to set the COM1 signal to the low level.
