PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and lightening in weight in a camera module even in the case of incorporating an autofocus function and a zoom function by using a piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: A 1st guide shaft bearing part 15b and a 1st shaft bearing part 15a are arranged in a 1st lens holding part 15, and the 1st piezoelectric element 18 is arranged in the piezoelectric element holding part 15c of the 1st lens holding part. When a shaft member 37 is inserted through the 1st shaft bearing part, it movably guides the 1st lens holding part in the optical axis direction along a guide shaft member 36 and receives driving force by the 1st piezoelectric element. Furthermore, a 2nd guide shaft bearing part 26b and a 2nd shaft bearing part 26a are arranged in a 2nd lens holding part 26.
