PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation method capable of efficiently ventilating a building without heat loss. SOLUTION: In this solar system house wherein solar heat collecting portions provided with air flow passages 2 are formed just under a roof board 1, a handling box 5 provided with a heat collection fan 7 is connected with the solar heat collecting portions, and further a falling duct to an under-floor and a return duct 54 as an exhaust duct to outdoors are connected with the handling box 5, a heat exchange type ventilation fan 50 capable of simultaneously playing two ventilation roles of air supply for taking the outside air indoors and air exhaustion for exhausting the indoor air outdoors, and also being operated only for exhaustion, is mounted. The heat exchange type ventilation fan 50 is operated only for exhausting the air in taking collected heat or taking cooling air by the heat collection fan 7, but otherwise the heat of the air exhausted from an indoor side is moved to the air supplied from an outdoor side by the heat exchange type ventilation fan 50.
