PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof door which is excellent in design and sound insulation by imparting characteristics to the structure of rear plates and aggregate members forming a door body. SOLUTION: The soundproof door has a room-inside face plate 8; a room-outside face plate 7 formed of a thin plate; the plurality of rear plates 14 arranged over the entire area of an inner surface of the room-outside face plate, at intervals; the plurality of aggregate members 15, 16 having room-inside depth surfaces 150, 160, room-outside depth surfaces 152, 162, respectively, and arranged between the room-inside face plate 8 and the rear plates 14; and an acoustic material 18 filled in a clearance between the room-outside face plate 7 and the room-inside face plate 8. The aggregate members 15, 16 have their room-inside depth surfaces 150, 160 connected to the room-inside face plate 8 via a cushioning material 17, and their room-outside depth surfaces 152, 162 connected to the rear plates 14 via the cushioning material 17, respectively, and at least part of the aggregate member 16 is arranged astride edges close to each other of the mutually adjoining rear plates 14 by the room-outside depth surface 162.
