PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction in the overall height of an engine in a power plant, especially its crankcase, an increase in the capacity of an accommodation box provided above the engine, and reduction in a seat height, ensure lubricating oil capacity while restraining stirring resistance of lubricating oil caused by a crank shaft in the power plant, and prevent degradation of its performance even if the overall height of the power plant is reduced. SOLUTION: In this motorcycle in which a seat SE and the accommodation box B are lapped and provided in a vertical direction at a rear portion of a vehicle body frame, and the unit swing type power plant PP is suspended at the vehicle body frame therebelow, the power plant PP is extended in a front/rear direction of the vehicle body frame F, and the engine E is separately provided with the crankcase CC and a lubrication oil chamber CO.
