PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp which is excellent in assembling operability as there exists no possibility of newly increasing the number of components for locking a lid body so as not to rotate the lid body, and can prevents a stamp face from being exposed outside by rotating the lid body against the will of a user during carrying and storing as there exists a locking mechanism for keeping and fixing a locking condition making rotation of the lid body impossible. SOLUTION: In the stamp, a stopper part is provided on the lid body, and the lid body is locked so as not to rotate by rotating an outer frame body in the peripheral direction under a lid closed condition to bring the lower end part of the outer frame body into contact with the stopper part. In addition, in the stamp, a locking mechanism, provided with a guiding projection on a leg frame body to engage a fixing end of a guiding channel provided on the inner wall of the outer frame body with the guiding projection and fixed together, is provided between the leg frame body and the outer frame body.
