PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance durability of a bearing having an effect for suppressing yawing rotational vibration. SOLUTION: Planar slant faces (20a, 20b) having oblique upward normal line direction and receding downward from each other are formed on a guide shaft (20). On the other hand, sectoral protrusions (158e, 158f) having arcuate cross-section and touching the slant faces (20a, 20b) are formed on a bearing (158). The slant faces (20a, 20b) have substantially chevron-wise profile and the protrusions (158e, 158f) impart an oblique downward reaction (A) to the slant faces (20a, 20b) substantially toward the center of the guide shaft (20).
